LARGE CLAIM SETTLED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ARGUMENT

My poor little dog had a difficult problem which my vet did not solve and then referred him to the Veterinary College where they did all the tests again. This was double horrible for my dog and doubly expensive for the insurance company but they paid both bills without any argument and it was all done directly with the vets and the college. They have put my premium up this year by £320 which I am not happy about but considering what they had to pay out I can't really complain and I am going to stay with them.
