Chaotic

The company seems fine unless you're unlucky enough to have a claim. They don't want to reinsure you. Not sure about their organisation either. My certificate of insurance had a different date to the one I was quoted on cancellation. Two calls and this was never rectified. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other hand is up to.
