Con artists

Never trust this brand. Home insurance claim has been going on for 18 months and counting and they just don't care. Handed me to a loss adjusters who do not even call me back. My local builder and neighbours are helping me out as my home is no uninhabitable and they just do not seem interested. I have gone to the ombudsman who have said i am entitle to have my home back to pre-loss condition. Still not interested and there is only so much the ombudsman can do apparently!
