Admiral just want your money

There was a fraudulent claim against me and I co operated and provided all necessary information and the claim was taken off my records. Then my premium was raised when no claim was made. How can my premium go up when I haven’t claimed? I contacted admiral and got nowhere was passed from 1 department to the next not resolving anything, it is clear that admiral are not interested in providing a service they just want your money and will charge more at any given opportunity.
