Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. I had a house sale fall through so put money in an instant access account. The sale then came through unexpectedly so I tried to withdraw the money I had put in 2 days earlier I was informed by a dreadful, surly and rude customer service agent that I couldn't for 14 days due to money laundering laws. I was advised by Lloyds bank this is not true and if I could prove where the money was from they couldn't keep it but they did. I have now had to go overdrawn a... Reviewed on: 26th March 2020
