Brilliant!

My company has banked with RBS Commercial in Birminghan for over 5years. We switched from HSBC as they were awful and we have never looked back. The attention to detail, personal service and support has been second to none! If only all banks were like Natwest. Our relationship manager Mark Stuart is superb. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2014

My experience of Barclays Premier is that there is absolutely nothing premier about it! In fact they couldn't care less about customer service. Bank somewhere else! Reviewed on: 22nd December 2014

Barclays fraud department has consistently blocked my card whilst I attempted to make legitimate purchases. The last one was £6.45 at Sainsbury's! When I eventually got to speak to someone, following having the pleasure of waiting for 32mins, I was told I would receive no compensation! I reminded the this was twice in 2hours and I had been a customer for over 20years which was of no interest to them whatsoever - my response... Account closed next working day!
