Great Customer Service

When I needed to insure my new car, I checked the 'compare' websites for the best prices and policies. Admiral stood out as one of the best so I did a bit more research. I checked the reviews and I also rang them to see what their customer service was like and, due to the positive experience, I decided not only to insure my vehicle with Admiral, but my home as well. I receive regular newsletters and updates , which is great. I never had that with my previous insurance company. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Simple and fair

Great experience when I needed a loan for a new boiler. The Zopa site was easy to access, easy to apply and it took a few moments to confirm approval. Would thoroughly recommend. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
