My Mortgage Experience

I would like to take this opportunity to praise a member of staff at The Hanley Economic. The person I dealt with was Lana Beech, a Mortgage Advisor. I must say from start to finish of the mortgage process Lana was exemplary in her approach. We dealt primarily by email or phone. At every stage if I had a question, I would email her and ask her to ring when available. She never delayed in her response and dealt with my questions both efficiently and with such a pleasant demeanour. I never felt I was a bother no matter how stupid my question may have been. She in my opinion is a brilliant advertisement of how to treat a customer and a tremendous asset to the Building Society. Today, we are so quick to complain but when you have received such excellent services, we should take the time to praise. Thankyou Lana for making such a stressful process an absolute joy.
