Great experience but a massive early repayment penalty

Efficient and friendly service from the call staff. Good communication and annual summary of mortgage. Nice welcome pack upon completion and moving into the property. One of a few lenders who were able to lend with a 10% deposit at that time but the flip side of that was a fairly hefty interest rate and punishing early repayment penalty.
