Wonderful, unjudgmental service.

I was in denial about my debts, it was one of my creditors who suggested I speak to step change, I continued to bury my head in the sand for 2 more weeks whilst I plucked up the courage to make the call. They were amazing, did not judge my situation, listened and explained what they could do, never pushed me Into taking a debt management plan with them, explained I could do it myself, let me think it over and discuss with family. After taking the debt management plan out it has made me feel in more control of my debts, makes me focus on them, and i now have an end goal/target. Everytime I have contacted them they have been wonderful and sorted everything out. Would and have recommended people to these guys, keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
