I wish I'd called earlier

I'd been sinking steadily into debt for years and I just wasn't able to keep my head above water any longer. It wasn't really a life. It was just survival from month to month. StepChange did what I thought was impossible and allowed me to come up for the air I needed. They were understanding, yet professional. I didn't feel embarrassed, I came away feeling like: 'I can do this. I finally have a game plan'. I just wish I'd called them years ago. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2020
