Made me feel I can cope.

From the moment they answer the phone they made me feel calmer. They advised me on how to deal with my creditors. They explained all the different options I had so I could make an informed choice. They helped me go through my budget so the maximum amount could be paid to my creditors while still leaving me with some money for myself. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Understanding.

I was very agitated when I contacted step change. I had just been diagnosed with cancer on top of financial difficulties. They put you at ease straight away and you feel you are not alone. They get straight on to helping you sort stuff out and help with advice in contacting creditors. You then have time to sort out your best options with step change helping all the way.
