StepChange are sympathetic to your needs

StepChange were very sympathetic to my needs and guided me constructively through the minefield that is debt management. They do exactly what they say they are going to do....they contacted my creditors, sent letters and spreadsheets of my current financial situation and also updated whrn creditors passed the debt to another company. All the creditors, when I have called them, confirmed a plan was in place with StepChange and that they were happy with the arrangement and, they too, were also sympathetic to my situation. Excellent customer service

Freedom were there when I needed them most. A lot of lenders were not willing to offer me the help I needed because of my circumstances, but Freedom did not give up on me and was able to find a provider which suited my budget and and circumstances. Reviewed on: 5th May 2020
