Avoid at all costs

10 years a customer, never claimed once, pay over 100 monthly. During pandemic i call only to be told I cannot see a GP. Soon after i want to cancel then they start dragging their feet until i become confrontational. There are some experiences we shouldn't go through in life, this is one expensive experience.
