Helpful phone Staff - John

Contacted the phone line to sort out a No Claims Discount issue I was having with a new policy. The lad "John" didnt get a second name went above and beyond to help resolve the issue going as far to phone my previous insurer from nearly 2 years ago and sorting it out for me.
