Beware the data portals they use for' like for like 'comparison on replacing damaged household electrical items are often one already old and delted items or they use poor quality branded products that do not sell in high streets only from cheap warehouses. In this way the can say they found an item with the same spec but it is always the lowest quality and not a brand you ever heard of.
