Absolutely brilliant - the team were helpful, calm & professional

When I was swamped with debt I didn’t know which way to turn, in my darkest times I seriously considered suicide. Thankfully I came across StepChange & suddenly there was a chink of hope which grew as I followed my repayment plan …. I have now been debt free for 18months & I don’t have any credit cards or loans…. My life has changed thanks to this company… thank you Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Professional, non-judgemental, supportive

I cannot begin to put into mere words what I owe to StepChange - without their support & empathetic help I think honestly I was on the brink of ending it all... I know it was me that was running up debts & I was hiding it from everyone .. then one night when I was unable to sleep I came across StepChange and from that moment when I reached out to them I felt liberated, and believed I would be able to face up to my debts - thank you so very much ....you definitely deserve to win this award.
