Poor online experience, falling interest rates

As per other cash/online only ISAs, offered a fantastic rate which has eroded over the space of only 18 months. Apart from that, great communication and offering, one of my gripes was their online experience - no dedicated app to quickly view my balance, and a poor mobile experience.
