not a great expereince

quite a few of my granddaughters letters went to my Brother who does not have the same surname I contacted the branch on numerous occasions Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Reply from Bath Building Society Hello Nicky, I am sorry that you have been having problems with updating your address details. The fact that you have tried to resolve this on several occasions is particularly disappointing to me. I have asked our Savings Operations Manager to review all the processes associated with changing addresses and I will also ensure that this is process is focused on in our regular training sessions for all customer contact staff.
