Awful service

Never able to contact by phone and if you do speak to someone they don’t speak very good English shocking service. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Efficient service, quick and easy

Someone is always on the end of the phone to help with any questions and queries. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the plane saver products and when you make a withdrawal it appears a few hours afterwards into my account. I do not currently have a plane saver loan just Christmas club savings and my own savings but I have had many loans in the past and it is a very good way to borrow money safely.
