Excellent savings scheme

I love this credit union savings scheme. It’s one of the best ways to save - putting money aside on payday, and you don’t even notice it. The money never leaves your normal bank account, it gets directed straight to your PlaneSaver account on pay day. Often I go about my life and forget about it, only to look back later and realise I have a nice amount of cash saved. It’s a significantly better rate than my savings account too, and I have noticed nice returns on my money. The only improvement I would make is that across a weekend or in the evenings, money isn’t an instant withdrawal. This is because the staff oversee transactions, so you need to plan a couple of days in advance if withdrawing or depositing around a weekend. That being said, it has never caused me issues, this is merely some improvement feedback. It’s nice to know the transactions are checked too, for additional security and verification for any unusual activity. I have found the customer service to be excellent. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
