Simple, effective and no nonsense personal banking

I joined them in August 2018 and find them a very competent and helpful bank, in person their branches are friendly, smartly presented and helpful, online I use their Web Banking service (which I previously swore I would never do) and find it simple and effective, overall a good bank, with great staff and an opportunity not to be missed for simple, no-nonsense personal banking Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

They do what they say they will

I have had a good experience with Ratesetter, the website is simple to use, rates were the keenest at the time and although I have had limited occasions where I have needed to get in touch, they have been quick to reply on all occasions. Do recommend them if you need a loan etc! Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
