Opened a new account and the customer service could not have been better.

I needed a new internet account earlier this year and had done a few reviews of banks. I saw that Nationwide kept getting good reviews so I opted to join them. I filled out all my details on-line and within a couple of days I had all my paperwork through. I went along to a branch with some ID and the following day my card was delivered. I use their site every day to check on my account and it is always quick and easy to use. I also registered for the telephone banking and when I phoned them I was through to someone within 1 minute and was successfully set-up in under 2 minutes, with no selling of anything else once I was on the phone.
