Human beings? In a bank?

Bristol Credit Union is the only bank I know of that is staffed byreal people who give you the time of day when you phone them up. This means so much more to me than the so called bells and whistles offered by other banks. You can keep your 'Choose option 3' - with BCU I'm straight through to a real friendly human and that's what banking should be about. Also I know this lot aren't going to rip me off or invest my money in nasty things like fossil fuels. They are just the best. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
