Excellent service great value for money

I liked how quick and efficient rate setter was. It was a simple process and the customer service was pretty good. My favourite feature is thier online portal which simple and easy to use and very clear. I was soo happy with them I took a second loan after I finished my first loan. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

They were slow but the rates are awesome

The customer service is sluggish and the approval waiting times can be shocking. However over all good company low rates. I would use them again hopefully they will be a bit more responsive in thier process and make it more streamlined. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
