I'm currently on my second load with RateSetter and have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years. Their website is really easy to use, changing direct debit dates is dead easy, seeing how much I have to pay back is super easy, managing my account in general is just a very pleasant experience, as far as it can be at least :).
