Terrible organisation, avoid at all costs!!!!

Terrible organisation! Chasing me every month for missed payments that I have already made. This has been going on for most of this year. They have lodged missed payments on my credit file affecting my credit status massively in a negative way for payments I have made. I've made TONS of calls and sent loads of emails trying to sort this out including a formal complaint but nothing ever gets done. Avoid at all cost!!!! Zopa.....sort it out. You have until the 23rd of November, after which the Financial Ombudsman will be assisting me. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2022

Fabulous all round!!

Great app, easy communication. Recently changed address, my old bank wants me to drive for 40 mins to a branch to change address because they closed the local ones. Starling has been a breath of fresh air and all done online. Even changed my address online. Their online chat was available on a Saturday evening when I had an issue I needed help with urgently.
