Savings account very easy to open

Having recently set up a second savings account, I can confirm that the process was very straight forward indeed. I also had the option to set a savings goal for each account. This now nudges me each time I log on, reminding me of the % saved towards my goal, and the daily, weekly or monthly amount I need to save to reach it. As someone who aspires to save, I find this incredibly useful. In addition the interest paid is always higher than with mainstream accounts. But most importantly, every penny I save is helping those members who are really struggling to get by, as I have twice been supported in the same way. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

Brilliant!

I have had a loan, used the Bristol pound account and the savings account. I am also proud to say I am a bond holder. Everyone is fabulous. I am a complete technophobe so really struggled to start with to access everything. They took my phone calls, talked me down, and then talked me through how to access my accounts. They've had to issue me with new passwords. And all without a murmur. And... when I was placed on furlough my loan payments were placed on hold immediately. They are just wonderful in every way.
