Responsive, Relatable, Reliable and Reasonable

I found the overall application experience on the Ratesetter website well executed and relevant to the request I was making. When making a loan application most people are stressed and anxious. Following the simple instructions lifted the anxiety and I was genuinely impressed with the efficiency and swiftness of the response. Straight forward and easy application, Very quick turnaround. No problems. No hassle after sales service.. I felt extremely confident using RateSetter services. RateSetter were there at a time when I was under pressure, feeling very stressed and overwhelmed by circumstances beyond my control and RateSetter loan literally saved my sanity.
