Couldn't be clearer in what you are signing up for, easy to use website and really quick payout. Not used their customer service team yet but their documents online seem to cover most basis. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Very simple and Easy Process

When looking to borrow, it's always daunting and can even be a little scary. However RateSetter made it a breeze, showing you figures and the rate in clear and easy to understand numbers - making sure I was happy with everything each step of the way. After the application they were swift to transfer the money and inform me of my next steps to pay. Very clear and very much recommended! Reviewed on: 16th June 2020
