Easy and freindly

The application process was very easy and all online. The communications were simple to follow and prompt. When the current crisis started they contacted me to see how they could help. They even sent me a simple text to ask if I would like a payment holiday, all I had to do was text back the number of month holiday I required. Every other company I have had to deal with through this difficult time has made me wait in phone lines that were never answered.
