Easy Loan Process equals Stress-free life!

The application process was very straight forward with Plata. Everything was clear and, for me, the most important thing was that I knew how much I would be paying overall after interest rates and other charges were factored in. I am looking to clear off my loan early and this means I am making partial repayments in advance. And Plata are very good with this by offering multiple ways for the additional amount to be used against the loan - i.e. reducing the payment term or using it to reduce the amount paid each month. And on top of this, they offered to show me what the impact would be if I were to take either option, so this meant I was able to make a informed decision. Only very minor negative is that they have no mobile app. This would be useful in the modern age of technology. But that is a very minor point. Cusomer service and process made simple and easy

Taking out Home insurance with Policy Expert was a quick, simple and easy process that made life so much more pleasant. Everything I needed was readily available on the website but what was more reassuring was the ways in which Policy Expert could be contacted. I have found many providers/services are requesting queries to be made via email on online services and make it very difficult to find a phone number to speak directly to a representative. However, with Policy Expert, all that was available plus their number was clearly displayed if you needed to contact the company and speak to someone over the phone. It was actually time for my renewal around 7 days ago and I had found a more competitive quote elsewhere. Therefore I went down the usual channels and contacted Policy Expert via telephone. My call was answered very promptly and the representative I spoke to could not have been more friendlier or helpful. He was able to review the quote that was initially given and provided me with a better quote. The crux of this is that he in no way pressured me to buy the quote there and then and was actually more than helpful in order to cater to my needs. And this was very reassuring. I cannot fault the customer service or the service Policy Expert offer as a whole and would highly recommend them over any other company in the same market. I wish never to have to call them to make a claim, however I do feel reassured that if I do need to make a claim, it will be dealt with very professionally and Policy Expert will assist me as best as they can. Review of the Zopa, Personal loan:

Simple & Effective

Needed money fast and quick and was hassle-free. Showed me final total repayment amount and the monthly amounts broken down. Was easy to follow and quick to complete. Interest was a little high but it was clearly displayed and there was no effort to hide it which made me confident in what Zopa were offering me. For me, the key was to see how much i was going to pay in total and what the monthly amounts would be and this was clear and easy to understand. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
