Claims to help in times of need.

I’ve seen numerous claims from s&pcu that they help with credit in times of need. Despite lodging £200 a month with them I was told to go whistle. I’ll be closing my account as I don’t see the point of a credit union if it doesn’t bother helping with, you know, credit. There’s plenty of other credit unions out there.
