Helpful and understanding

The whole process of applying for a loan was really easy and very quick, which I wasn’t expecting. It was all done electronically which was super convenient for me. I had to speak to the credit union a couple of times on the phone and I found the staff member I spoke with really, really helpful, friendly and understanding of my situation. Would definitely recommend and I even plan to re-apply in the near future. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020
