Excellent customer service

I have saved with serve and protect credit union for many years. I have always found any of my enquiries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I like that I can manage my savings on line but particularly like the fact I can deal with them by telephone too. Over the years I have called them quite a few times. I have always found staff to be extremely helpful, patient but also very polite and pleasant. I appreciate the excellent level of customer service they have always afforded me.
