Review of the Serve & Protect Credit Union, Loans:

Quick, friendly and professional

I have saved and borrowed from the credit union for 14 years and have always found that decisions are made very fast which reduces an anxious wait when borrowing. Ive always got through on the phone very quickly and find it so easy to make changes over the phone, email and on the website. I much prefer that they take payments from wages before being paid to my account and I find there are no hidden changes to rates at the point of application. Other lenders suddenly change the goal posts. The staff are always very friendly, its my first choice always. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020
