Serve and Protect Credit Union is a thumbs up from me!

I have been a customer of them for quite a while now. I feel safe when placing my money into one of their accounts. Over the years when I have needed some assistance regarding my accounts. I have emailed and within a short time I have had a reply. Not with an automated system, but with a person. They staff person has always been polite, have great knowledge of the systems in place. I often feel that I am the only customer as the time and commitment they give to their customers you never feel rushed or that you are wasting their time etc. I most certainly recommend them to Police colleagues officers and staff as I am very sure they will also receive great service. I also feel the products they offer are extremely good and you can feel that your money is safe with them. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020
