Loans and savings!

I have previously taken out a loan with PCU, they were very quick and efficient and before I knew it I had paid the loan back! I recently set up a savings account with PCU, I withdrew some money one evening and accidently put the wrong digit on the bank details, I phoned PCU and they were able to quickly withdraw the amount and return it to my savings - phew! It's easy to get hold of the staff and make amendments to your savings account and they are always really helpful, polite and friendly. Reviewed on: 18th June 2020
