Loans as they should be

So far so good. Obtaining my loan was easy, I knew exactly what competitive rate I would get before I applied and the application process was easy. Once I obtained the loan I receive regular emails advising when payments are due and reassurance the Bank are there should anything go wrong. Nothing has gone wrong, and there is no reason to believe it should, but I do get the feeling that if it did the Bank would offer as much support as necessary Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

A great back up service

There are some great benefits from being a member. Saving is easy due to deductions made direct from my Salary or Pension and Borrowing likewise. Easy to apply for loans at reasonably competitive rates are very useful to fall back on if ever needed. The service is first class Reviewed on: 18th June 2020
