Very understanding with the change of peoples situations during the coronavirus pandemic. I become unemployed and became very stressed about repaying my loans, upon speaking with Bamboo customer services who where trained to deal with my situation to my need I was granted a 3 month break for my repayments. This has given me the peace of mind and time to seek other employment. Thankyou Bamboo 5 stars all the way excellent customer service and consideration. Reviewed on: 18th June 2020
