Life Saver!!

With my debts spiralling out of control. Payplan gently and calmly talked me through both the options for my debts, after a full and frank assessment of my situation, with no judgements of character on their part! Unlike the many Debt management companies out there, Payplan does not charge any fees at all! Almost unique in that regard. Every penny reduces your debt. No annual review costs, as is often the case with other Debt payment plans, in addition to monthly fees, as a vast majority of these other management plans are essentially profit making businesses, contrary to the perception many debtors in distress have when they approach them. Whilst absolutely no Debt management company can guarantee the suspension of interest, that is the exclusive right of creditors, all of my creditors immediately suspended interested and have maintained that stance through the 24 months to date, of my repayment plan. Payplan is actually funded in part, by the financial services industry, and as such creditors have a strong level of trust in Payplan, the integrity of their repayment systems and their diligence in following established protocols for fair and sustainable payment plans based on detailed financial assessments of their clients income and expenditure. I am now commencing the final 12 months of my repayment plan. I feel content that I have been able to repay what was borrowed, in a manageable and consistent way. I have also been able to better manage my overall financial situation, and I am in place whereby I can transfer my Debt repayments to a savings plan, as of July 2023. Payplan have always had a strong online presence in their management processes, which has been invaluable over the last 2 years, and it also helps those who feel ashamed or embarrassed about the financial predicament. Beyond the initial, incredibly supportive telephone assessment, pretty much all your communication with your case manager can be done online, but telephone support is available as and when you need it. As I am 55, years old the pathway to debt freedom and ongoing economic stability that Payplan have given me, has truly been a game changer. My life has gone from one of stress and anxiety for the future, to one of hope and confidence. I really cannot thank the guys at Payplan enough, for both the service they provide, but more importantly, the way in which their team members deliver it.
