Easy claim during difficult times!

First time our cat become ill on first day of UK lock down! Never had to us pet insurance before but they made it so easy and very understanding during difficult time for us and them and the vets with how we could all operate. Amazing service and first class speedy of support. Claim went on for 3 months during lock down but no issues at all! Excellent and thank you from us and our Cat Jasper who is now much better!
