Good customer service

I moved to a different car insurance company after comparing prices, Allianz mistakenly charged me for the renewal, I called them for a refund, they gave me back my money right away and explained that they did not want me with no insurance while driving. I think it is rather good. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
