Convenient and affordable

The initial application progress was a little cumbersome using the NIVO app and waiting on / checking for correspondence through that. The payments coming off from my salary each month without having to set up a direct debit is really helpful and the telephone customer service has always been friendly and polite. Saving along with repaying the loan is excellent and I feel encouraged to continue to save when the loan is paid off. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020
