Zero stars company

The most incompetent credit card provider ever. Blocked cards, feeble excuses, useless customer service. Probably too overwhelmed by complaints to sort problems out. The only reviews they respond to are "Wonderful John Lewis, best company in the Universe, wouldn't use any other credit card.
