Easy to open but maybe too easy?

Since I already had an online TSB current account, when they launched a good interest rate monthly savings account I went online to open it. It was very easy to do, just a few clicks, but at the stage where I would have expected some kind of 'click here to confirm you want to open this account' message I just got a confirmation that it had been opened! Excellent experience when having to claim

When someone wrote my car off, LV couldn't have been better - knowledgeable, approachable staff, settled the claim fairly and quickly, and explaining every point I asked about. I had no idea what the process was, but the staff were so helpful. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
