Ecellent organisation to be a member of.

Easy to join. Clear explanations about standards and regulations, excellent response to need e.g, for loans although little guidance is given about whether the purpose for your loan will meet their criteria. Excellent response to queries generally. Excellent response to requests for information e.g account history, paper statements, loan history details and overall loan policy . Excellent client-centered approach at the counter and behind the scenes. Consistently courteous, prompt service and accurate information to client about all issues. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
