Renewal for good reason

After researching several providers I renewed with Travel Extras. As a couple we both have health conditions that while they're well managed, we don't want to be abroad and have the cost of healthcare on top of any emergency. Reviewed on: 13th July 2025

Long time member

I've been a saver with the Credit Union for well over 20 years, and once had a loan with them. I've always felt well treated, and known that my money is safe. Meanwhile I get satisfaction from knowing that my savings are helping others who are not as financially stable as I'm lucky to be. I'm now of Pension age and less able to give to charity but being in the Credit Union helps me feel I'm still contributing Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

Uncertain future

I'm concerned that the merger with Nationwide will reduce competition and choice in the retail banking sector. Interest rates on the current account and savings account are low. The Virgin branding will I believe disappear, without reference to customers. I may well look for a different provider Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
