Friendly and understanding

I’ve been with the London Mutual Credit union for roughly 3 years now and they are always really understanding with me. Me being 17 I don’t have a steady income so I am not always able to put in £10 in my account every month like I said I would but it’s never been a problem. They never email me threatening to terminate my account like some other unions which is why I recommend them a lot. Also, they are always very friendly and patient with me. There was a particular occasion when I didn’t fully understand credit and why it is so important, a worker explained it to me in enough detail for me to understand and be able to explain credit to somebody else. I am very appreciative of London Mutual Credit Union and will continue to be. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
