Review of the Investec, Private Clients Savings:

We had investec account when competitive rates were offered a few years ago, I think that it was 2008 or 2009, however, now these rates were not available anymore so we no longer consider that it is useful to have a business with. This could change and we watch the space in the future. The customer service, nonetheless, was friendly and we could call them for advice or change of terms easily and quickly, in comparison with other major similar companies who tend to keep us waiting with automated calls and music. Review of the HSBC, Bank Account:

It is useful

HSBC is a largest bank in the UK and we use the bank for more than 30 years because all of our family have customs with them. The main large brunches have at least one custumer service staff who can offer help at the entrance. Today, I enquired about my previous transaction detail and despite a busy morning, a friendly staff was at her hand to assist me. She was professional and abided by confidentiality as she made sure to direct me to the enclosed booth. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
